We can refund you or cancel fines if force majeure caused the cancellation. Below we list the situations that apply to the Regulation on the application of valid reasons. Before canceling your reservation, check if your situation is on this list and take care of supporting documents.
Death of the service provider, customer or close relative. We will ask you for one of these documents:
Serious illness of the service provider, customer or entertainment participant. We will ask you for help from a doctor confirming that this person should not receive physical exertion or restrictions on other actions. The certificate must be issued later than the day you made the reservation.
Obligations imposed by the state, such as participation in a jury trial, restrictions on travel, subpoenas, or military service. We will ask you for a formal notice of such commitments issued later than the day you made the reservation. It must have the addressee’s name.
Significant damage caused to the site, transport, or equipment for the provision of entertainment, due to which it has become unsafe for customers or deprived of basic amenities. Planned repair is not included in this category. We will request the following documents:
Closing the airport or roads, which makes it impossible to get to your destination. Such situations include the closure of the airport or roads due to natural disasters, such as earthquakes or hurricanes. We will need a message about the closure of the road/airport and confirmation of the cancellation of the flight.
In such situations, do not need to provide confirmation. Our specialists will review each case separately to confirm that you have suffered.
Warnings of the authorities about political or civil unrest in the region, the legend of customer service or location of the site or transport. Examples of such situations:
Changes in visa or passport requirements, which make it impossible to get to your destination. These situations do not include lost or expired documents.
Natural disasters, due to which it is impossible to reach the destination or provide services to the client unsafe. Examples of such situations:
An outbreak of endemic disease or epidemic that has suddenly engulfed a region or group of people. These situations do not include diseases traditionally prevalent in the region, such as malaria in Thailand or dengue fever in Hawaii. Endemic diseases include:
If you are convinced that your circumstances meet the listed requirements, then first cancel the reservation, and then contact us so that we can write a request. We will tell you what to do next, including sending the required documents and waiting for verification by our team. The application must be sent within 14 days from the moment the good reasons arose.
