These Compensation Rules for Feelmingo Platform Entertainment customers prevail over the obligations of the service provider associated with these Rules. The rules apply in addition to the Terms of Service, they are available to customers booking Entertainment, renting vehicles or sites via the Feelmingo Platform if they have encountered Problems.
All terms in capital letters are interpreted to mean the same as in Terms of Service Feelmingo, unless otherwise specified by this Rules for Compensation to the Entertainment Customer.
The listed situations are considered “Problems in a trip”, which are grounds for returning under the Rules of Compensation to the Customer. Entertainment:
If Feelmingo deems that the client has encountered a Problem during the trip, Feelmingo will provide the client with a refund, the amount of which is limited to the Total Cost paid by the Client for participation in the Entertainment, in accordance with these Rules. The refund amount will depend on the nature of the Problem.
As a Service Provider, you are responsible for ensuring that Entertainment, rental vehicles or entertainment and / or sports facilities that you place on the Feelmingo Platform do not create a Problem for the Client. Before and after Entertainment, the Service Provider must be in touch, or must provide contact details for third parties in order to conscientiously solve any problems the Client has.
If a) Feelmingo determines that the Customer has encountered a Problem related to your Entertainment, transportation or venue, and b) Feelmingo reimburses the Customer for expenses (up to the Total Cost), you agree to reimburse Feelmingo for these expenses, up to the amount paid by Feelmingo, to 30 days from the date of request by Feelmingo. You allow Feelmingo to charge any amount in favor of Feelmingo, reducing the amount of your Payout or otherwise.
If you dispute the Problem, let us know in writing and provide confirmation (including photographs or other evidence) of your reasons for disputing the Issue. It is assumed that you have done everything possible to resolve the Problem with the Client before you dispute his claim.
These Rules of Compensation to the Customer Entertainment do not constitute an insurance offer, do not provide insurance protection and do not constitute an insurance contract, do not replace insurance received or available to the Customer, and the Customer does not pay any insurance premium to provide the Compensation Rules to the Customer Entertainment. Payments in accordance with these Terms of Compensation to the Entertainment Client may not be assigned or transferred by the Client to another person.
All decisions in relation to the Rules for Compensation to the Customer. Feelmingo’s entertainment is at its discretion, these decisions are final and bind the Service Provider and the Customers.
Feelmingo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or terminate these Rules of Compensation to the Entertainment Customer at any time. If Feelmingo changes the Rules for Compensation to the Entertainment Customer, we will post these changes on the Feelmingo Platform (including at the Feelmingo Help Center or notify you of the changes. Feelmingo will continue to process all requests for Travel Problems sent before the changes take effect.
