To receive a full refund, cancel the Entertainment booking no later than two days before it starts or within 12 hours from the date of payment*.
Entertainment for several days
Some Entertainment may last several days and include overnight stay. You can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled start or within 12 hours from the date of payment*.
Cancellation due to weather
If the weather puts safety at risk before Entertainment or during the event, the service provider has the right to cancel the event. In that case, you will receive a full refund.
Cancel by respectful reason
If you need to cancel your reservation due to an emergency or force majeure situation, read the Statement on the Use of Good Reasons, make sure that your reason is described in this provision and contact us. We may need proof from you. If your reason for cancellation is not in the above provision, then, in that case, the reason will not be considered valid.
*If there are three or fewer hours left before the start of the service, in this case, no refund money will be made.
